Once your Too Good To Go account is linked to our service, a dashboard is available to you. It contains the baskets that you have bookmarked on Too Good To Go.
On your dashboard, check the baskets you want to automatically reserve as soon as they are available. Once booked, you will find it on your Too Good To Go application.

For our service to work, it is necessary to link your Too Good To Go account. To reserve your favorite Surprise Bags, we need to know your contact information, your favorite Surprise Bags (of course) and the associated payment method. It's 100% secure, we don't keep anything, we just need to be able to link our service to your account.
No unfortunately. Your email addresses must be the same, otherwise, the link cannot be made. To connect your account, you need to use the same address as on Too Good To Go.
If you have any doubts about your email address or if it does not work, we invite you to check directly on Too Good To Go.
1. Go to the Too Good To Go application, then “Profile” at the bottom right.
2. Then click on the cog wheel at the top right
3. Then “Account Details”, you can then check the address used on your account.

First, a bit of context: this first step asks for your first name and email address. It is mandatory to link our service to your Too Good To Go account. The most common error is the following: your email address does not match the one on your Too Good To Go account.
In other words, check that the information entered is exactly the same as your account information on the Too Good To Go app.
For the second verification step, a code is required so that we can link the two services. If you did not receive it: check your emails, your spam, and the email address indicated in the previous step.
Then go back to the previous step and try again to receive a code. If it still doesn't work, contact us.
Attention, if you click on the “I connect” button in the email, you will not be able to use the code. If you clicked the button, go back to the previous step and try again to get a new code.
If you don't see any payment method, it's because your Too Good To Go account doesn't contain one (or you're paying via Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal). To remedy this:
1. Reserve a Surprise Bags on the Too Good To Go application with a credit card.
2. Check the “Save for next time” box.
3. Retrieve or cancel your Surprise Bags.
Once the reservation is made, we will be in a position to offer you the link with our service.
